What can you expect from us?

• Processing orders for KOMPAN Inc. (North America and Canada)
• Managing requests and orders for spare parts from the US and Canada - complete service from quotation, order processing, to final delivery and invoicing
• Management of spare parts requests and complaints for the North American and Canadian markets
• Close cooperation with the technical department
• Daily communication in English

What do we require from you?

• Communicative level of English
• At least 2 years of experience in administration
• Technical knowledge is an advantage (ability to read technical documentation)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
• Carefulness and willingness to think
• Proactivity, independence, and communication skills with the ability to work in a team
