Join us as an EHS Specialist and take responsibility for occupational safety and health, fire safety, and environmental protection at our manufacturing plant. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take the initiative, can bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and practical application, and actively contributes to building a strong safety culture.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH), fire safety, and environmental protection regulations in accordance with legislation and internal standards.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks in the workplace.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyze their causes, and propose preventive measures.
• Organize and conduct internal and external audits in the areas of occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection.
• Prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators in the EHS area.
• Coordinate projects focused on developing a safety culture and improving the work environment.
• Provide support to managers and employees in the area of workplace safety.
• Manage environmental protection and waste management, including waste disposal, handling of chemical substances, and communication with relevant authorities.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes across the production plant.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in the field of occupational safety and health, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• You are a certified risk prevention specialist in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll. (required).
• You are familiar with Czech legislation regarding occupational safety and health and environmental protection.
• You are able to independently solve problems, assess risks, and propose effective measures.
• Communicative English—collaboration with international colleagues and working with documentation and reports.
• Class B driver’s license.

We would be pleased if:

• You also have experience in the field of fire safety and with internal or external audits, ideally within an international manufacturing company.
• You are familiar with the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• You have knowledge of waste management, chemical substances, and the ISPOP system.
