We are currently looking for a new member to join our operational purchasing team—someone who likes things to run smoothly, communicates with a smile, and doesn't get flustered even when suppliers are "running late." For us, it's not just about spreadsheets and orders—it's about cooperation, open communication, and, above all, the satisfaction that comes from meaningful work!

What can you expect from us?

• Purchasing materials primarily within the Czech Republic
• Preparing documents for sending materials to suppliers
• Daily contact with suppliers, their development and evaluation
• Checking and adjusting consignment warehouses in cooperation with suppliers
• Handling complaints
• Maintaining current prices/items/suppliers in the system
• Checking and approving invoices from suppliers
• Direct contact with colleagues around the world

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in purchasing for an international manufacturing company
• You speak English, we communicate daily both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of the Czech language is also important to us (due to our production and Czech suppliers)
• Experience with a focus on steel/wood/plastics or similar materials from global suppliers is an advantage
• Energetic personality, proactive with a positive attitude and a sense of getting things done properly.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (knowledge of QAD is a big advantage).
• High level of communication skills, ability to negotiate and set priorities.
