What will your tasks be?
- Planning production capacity for the welding shop and machining department in accordance with customer order requirements
- Creating and updating the production plan in the ERP system
- Planning material requirements and monitoring material availability to ensure production continuity
- Collaborating with the supervisor on shift planning and capacity balancing
- Monitoring plan fulfillment and identifying capacity and material risks
- Setting and optimizing planning parameters (routings, production batches, MOQ, buffers)
- Collaborating with purchasing, warehousing, engineering, logistics, and quality to resolve deviations
- Regular reporting—plan fulfillment, capacity utilization, inventory status
- Active involvement in the implementation of the APS system as a key user
Who are we looking for? Your profile:
- Technical or business degree
- 4+ years of experience in planning within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes—welding and machining
- Understanding of material flows and inventory management
- Ability to communicate in English
- Class B driver’s license
We’d appreciate it if you:
- You have experience with APS systems
- You’re familiar with capacity models and planning parameters
