We are looking for a Training and Development Specialist (m/f) who will take charge of this area at our company, from design through to implementation. We want someone who understands how business works, sees the big picture, isn’t afraid of hands-on work, and can see things through to completion.

This role isn’t just about training. It’s about designing training programs that make sense to people on the production floor and in the office and have a real impact on team performance. If you want to see the results of your work in day-to-day operations, this is the role for you.

What will your task be?
  • Design and implement a training and development strategy aligned with the company’s needs
  • Manage key L&D projects (onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, technical and operational training)
  • Collaborate with managers and HR to identify employee development needs
  • Plan and organize training sessions, workshops, and development programs (including serving as an internal trainer)
  • Manage and develop the LMS; create and update training content
  • Measure training effectiveness (attendance, feedback, KPIs, ROI) and prepare reports
  • Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding of new employees

Who are we bringing on board? Someone who:

  • Has experience in employee training and development (L&D / training)
  • Understands that training isn’t just “theory,” but must work in real-world operations
  • Can work independently, thinks holistically, and sees things through to the end
  • Communicates in English (min. B2 – communicating with international partners is a regular part of the role)

  • You have experience in an operational, technical, or manufacturing environment
