CAD Engineer - Wooden Playground Structures

Specifications

Full-time employment

Design and construction

The Mechanical Engineering (ME) team bridges the gap between development and production—closer to the production floor than to the creation of new concepts. New products are primarily developed in Denmark, but our Brno team also plays a key role in the design of acacia wood structures.

Projects are handed over to ME once the concept has been approved and the 3D model is complete. From that point on, the team takes responsibility for production documentation—drawings in SolidWorks, bills of materials in the MRP system, and coordinating test assemblies before the new components are shipped to customers. The role also includes change management—continuously improving existing products based on feedback from the field.

We are looking for a technically skilled colleague for the position of CAD Engineer specializing in wooden structures, who will help translate this feedback into accurate and clear manufacturing documentation.

  • Evaluate samples of new components in collaboration with the quality department
  • Participate in test assemblies of new components—you will verify the documentation directly in practice

  • Optimize documentation, jigs, and product settings in the system in collaboration with production
  • Collaborate with colleagues from international branches
