Welcome to the world of KOMPAN! We are expanding our user support (Helpdesk) team, which supports more than 1,000 employees here in Brno, as well as other colleagues from our branches in 92 countries across Europe, Asia, and the USA. Our helpdesk provides technical support and consultation in English. We mainly need someone who is eager to learn new things and procedures and who already has some experience and knowledge of IT. What can you expect from us?
- Providing remote support, working with the JIRA ticketing system
- Installing, configuring, and managing PC equipment, phones, and other devices
- Basic administration of the network and other network devices
- Resolving security incidents
- Daily communication in English
What do we require from you?
- Education in electrical engineering or IT
- Basic knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol
- Knowledge of MS Visual Basic, SharePoint, iOS, Android
- Practical experience with computer maintenance/installation
- Communication skills, independence, and reliability
- Ability to work in a team
- Communicative level of English
