Welcome to KOMPAN!
We are looking for a new colleague for our production facility in Brno to perform CNC machining of metal profiles, which are subsequently used in playgrounds and sports facilities around the world. We create products that serve both children and adults, where every piece plays a vital role. If you enjoy working with technology and basic CNC operations, you’ve come to the right place.

What will your task be?

Simple setup and operation of a CNC machine (Elumatec) and a band saw
Machining metal profiles (steel, aluminum)
Drilling holes, changing tools, and performing basic adjustments
Working in a small team (approx. 4 people)
Collaborating with colleagues across the production department
Working in three shifts, with the possibility of 24/7 operation in the future

Who are we bringing on board?

You have education or experience in the field of CNC
You know how to use a computer (basic skills are sufficient)
You are independent and have good manual dexterity
You don’t mind working shifts

This position is also suitable for recent graduates looking to gain experience. (An ideal start in the CNC field)
