What will your task be?

• Creating and optimizing CNC programs for laser cutting, bending, milling, and turning
• Setting process parameters to reduce cycle times and improve quality
• Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities to improve productivity
• Collaborating with process engineers on new product launches and process optimization
• Verifying programs during trial production and supporting the launch of new projects
• Standardizing CNC programs, version control, and archiving
• Supporting production in resolving technical issues and deviations
• Active involvement in LEAN and continuous improvement

Who are bringing on board? Your profile:

• Technical education (high school or college) with a focus on mechanical engineering
• 5+ years of experience with CNC programming in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of CNC control systems—Fanuc, Heidenhain, Sinumerik, or similar
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap rate)
• Ability to communicate in English
• Class B driver’s license
