Welcome to KOMPAN! We are looking for an experienced or talented colleague who has a technical mindset, knows how to work with CNC machines, and wants to lead a small team of operators. If you are attracted to a role where you combine working on machines with shift organization and responsibility for production quality, this position may be just right for you.

We manufacture playgrounds and outdoor sports facilities and are looking for someone to help us ensure the smooth running of our CNC production.

What will your job involve?

Leading a small team of CNC operators on shift (3-shift operation)
Organizing work in the workplace, assigning tasks, and checking that they are completed
Training new colleagues
Responsibility for compliance with technological procedures and production quality
Solving operational problems in production and communicating with the production manager
Checking machine settings, supervising the correct use of tools and materials
Cooperating on process optimization and efficiency improvement
Active participation in production – operating CNC machines as needed
Responsibility for work safety in the assigned section

What will you need?

Organizational talent, technical thinking, and a desire to lead a team
Experience with managing people or coordinating a small team is an advantage
Ability to read and understand technical and drawing documentation.
Experience with operating CNC machines or hand tools.
Responsible and independent approach to work.
Willingness to take responsibility for work organization and quality in the assigned section.
Communication skills and ability to resolve operational situations in production.
