What will your responsibilities be?

• Set up, update, and optimize game components in terms of their assembly in production, warehousing, and final pricing
• Optimize and maintain production, warehousing, and planning parameters in the QAD ERP system
• Design and lead optimization projects across departments
• Improve production and internal logistics processes, including the layout
• Create and update internal instructions for production, warehousing, and logistics processes
• Oversee ECO, internal training, and audits
• Participate in the implementation of projects using LEAN and Six Sigma methods, including at international branches

Who are we looking for? Your profile:

• a technical degree, ideally in industrial or manufacturing engineering
• previous experience in a similar position at a manufacturing or manufacturing-and-distribution company
• an understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and planning processes and how they interrelate
• Ability to configure and optimize parameters in an ERP system
• Ability to work with data, identify the root causes of problems, and translate analysis into concrete solutions
• Enjoy leading projects independently while collaborating with people from different departments
• Fluency in both Czech and English

We would be pleased if:

• you have practical experience with LEAN or SIX SIGMA and with optimizing layouts or production flows
• you have worked with QAD or another ERP system at an advanced level
