We are launching a metal fabrication operation and are looking for an experienced colleague to fill the position of supervisor—someone who wants to be there from the very beginning and ensure the stable, efficient, and safe operation of Black Steel production (welding + machining) so that requirements for quality, productivity, costs, and on-time delivery are met. The role includes leading and developing a team of approximately 30 people.

You’ll be joining a brand-new operation—modern machinery, a clean environment, and no entrenched routines. This is a single-shift position.

What will your task be?

• Manage production (welding, machining, material preparation)
• Organize work through team leaders, monitor capacity, and ensure optimal utilization of personnel and machinery
• Resolve production issues (quality, downtime, scrap) and identify their causes
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety
• Improve production operations (LEAN, 6S)
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and engineering
• Participate in the implementation of new projects into production

Your profile: Who are we bringing on board?

• Technical education (mechanical engineering preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role—leading a team in metal fabrication (machining and welding), production planning, and capacity management
• Ability to communicate in English (B1+)
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus
• Class B driver’s license
